The Role
DALS Lighting is currently offering an exciting opportunity as a Customer Experience Specialist (Tech Support). The successful candidate will join a dedicated team committed to continuously improving our customer experience. We’re looking for someone energetic, passionate about excellence, and aligned with our core values.
Top 4 Job Responsibilities
1. Provide Great Customer Experience
- Respond to customer service requests accurately within 4 business hours
- Represent our values and culture
- Share customer feedback with the team to improve products & services
2. Smart Product Support
- Provide tech support via phone, email, or chat (installation, connectivity)
- Share feedback and recurring questions with the product team
- Participate in product improvement meetings
3. Technical Support
- Support our full product line for distributors, contractors, and end users
- Engage in ongoing product and lighting training sessions
- Collaborate with purchasing, accounting, engineering, and sales teams
4. Team Player
- Be agile, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Contribute to team success with a positive mindset
What Success Looks Like
By 6 months: You have strong knowledge of our products and can confidently assist most customers. You understand our customer base and embrace our values and culture.
By 12 months: You are a go-to resource and DALS product expert. You help improve internal policies and participate in training new team members.

Qualifications & Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
- Fully bilingual in English and French (oral & written)
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Gmail, etc.
- Comfortable with new technology
- Lighting or electrical knowledge (an asset)
